Have stayed here many times over the years and have always enjoyed the stay. Everybody is very nice and if your German is not so good it's OK. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable regardless of the size. Please note that the town of Damme that Hotel Teppe is in is a farm town so there will be times the "essence" is noticable. I have never had an issue with it however.

Stayed here overnight on a business trip and it was a great experience. I'm used to smaller rooms in Europe but this was quite the opposite. There was a large living room with a small kitchenette, a balcony, a large bathroom, and bedroom space. The breakfast in the morning was great as well , lots of variety. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
